How long does it take to set up my OpenClaw instance?
Once you complete payment, your OpenClaw instance is typically ready within 3-5 minutes. Our automated provisioning system sets up your dedicated VM, installs OpenClaw Gateway, and configures SSL certificates automatically.
What AI models are supported?
OpenClaw supports multiple AI models including GPT-4o, Claude 3.5 Sonnet, Gemini Pro, and Llama 3. You can select your preferred models during setup and switch between them anytime from your dashboard.
What integrations are available?
Currently, we support Telegram bot integration. Gmail and WhatsApp integrations are coming soon. You can connect your Telegram bot by providing your bot token from @BotFather during the onboarding process.
How do I connect my Telegram bot?
During the onboarding process, simply select Telegram as your integration and provide your bot token. You can get this token by messaging @BotFather on Telegram and creating a new bot. We handle all the webhook configuration automatically.

Your subscription includes a dedicated virtual machine (2 vCPU / 4GB RAM), 10GB NVMe SSD storage, automatic SSL certificates, a custom subdomain, and AI credits. You also get email support and a 99.9% uptime SLA.
Can I cancel my subscription?
Yes, you can cancel your subscription at any time from your account dashboard. When you cancel, your instance will be stopped and you'll have access until the end of your billing period.
How do I access my OpenClaw dashboard?
After your instance is provisioned, you'll receive a unique HTTPS URL to access your OpenClaw Gateway dashboard. You can also find this link in your account dashboard at any time.
Do you offer refunds?
We offer a 7-day money-back guarantee for new subscribers. If you're not satisfied with the service within the first 7 days, contact us for a full refund.
What happens if my server goes down?
We monitor all instances 24/7. If your server goes down, our system automatically attempts to restart it. For critical issues, our support team is notified immediately. You can also check your instance status from your account dashboard.
