2. Description of Service

OpenClaw provides managed hosting for OpenClaw Gateway instances. Our Service includes dedicated virtual machines, automated provisioning, SSL certificate management, and integration support for AI agents. We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue the Service at any time.

3. Account Registration

To use our Service, you must create an account. You agree to:

  • Provide accurate and complete information during registration
  • Maintain the security of your account credentials
  • Notify us immediately of any unauthorized access or security breach
  • Accept responsibility for all activities that occur under your account

4. Subscription and Payment

OpenClaw is a subscription-based service. By subscribing:

  • You agree to pay all fees associated with your chosen plan
  • Subscription fees are billed in advance on a monthly or annual basis
  • You may cancel your subscription at any time through your account dashboard
  • No refunds are provided for partial months of service
  • We offer a 7-day money-back guarantee for new subscribers

5. Acceptable Use

You agree not to use the Service for any unlawful or prohibited activities, including:

  • Spam, phishing, or any form of unsolicited communications
  • Distribution of malware, viruses, or harmful code
  • Activities that violate any applicable laws or regulations
  • Infringing on intellectual property rights of others
  • Attempting to gain unauthorized access to our systems or other users' instances
  • Using the Service to process sensitive personal data without proper authorization

6. Service Level Agreement (SLA)

We strive to maintain 99.9% uptime for our Service. In the event of downtime exceeding our SLA, you may be eligible for service credits. Credits are calculated as a percentage of your monthly fee based on the duration of the outage and must be requested within 30 days of the incident.

7. Data and Privacy

Your use of the Service is also governed by our Privacy Policy. By using the Service, you consent to our collection and use of data as described in the Privacy Policy. You retain ownership of your data, and we will not access or use it except as necessary to provide the Service or as required by law.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, OpenClaw shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or relating to your use of the Service. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the 12 months preceding the claim.

9. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your account and access to the Service immediately, without prior notice or liability, for any reason, including breach of these Terms. Upon termination, your right to use the Service will immediately cease, and your instance will be decommissioned within 30 days.

10. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. Changes will be effective immediately upon posting to our website. Your continued use of the Service after any changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.

11. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which OpenClaw is registered, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Any disputes shall be resolved through binding arbitration.
