We strive to maintain 99.9% uptime for our Service. In the event of downtime exceeding our SLA, you may be eligible for service credits. Credits are calculated as a percentage of your monthly fee based on the duration of the outage and must be requested within 30 days of the incident.
Your use of the Service is also governed by our Privacy Policy. By using the Service, you consent to our collection and use of data as described in the Privacy Policy. You retain ownership of your data, and we will not access or use it except as necessary to provide the Service or as required by law.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, OpenClaw shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or relating to your use of the Service. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the 12 months preceding the claim.
We may suspend or terminate your account and access to the Service immediately, without prior notice or liability, for any reason, including breach of these Terms. Upon termination, your right to use the Service will immediately cease, and your instance will be decommissioned within 30 days.
We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. Changes will be effective immediately upon posting to our website. Your continued use of the Service after any changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which OpenClaw is registered, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Any disputes shall be resolved through binding arbitration.
